These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by DNOLID SERVICES, LLC.
By requesting, scheduling, approving, receiving, or paying for any service provided by DNOLID SERVICES, LLC, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions available at:
DNOLID SERVICES, LLC – Terms & Conditions
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid invoices may be subject to collection efforts, court costs, and reasonable collection expenses where permitted by law.
Customers must report any service concerns within 24 hours of completion so DNOLID SERVICES, LLC has the opportunity to review and correct the issue when appropriate.
Customer is responsible for providing safe access to the property. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.
All services are performed according to the approved estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial customers approved for credit terms must pay according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to collection efforts. Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees where permitted by applicable law.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the customer believes any area was missed during the cleaning service, DNOLID SERVICES, LLC must be notified within 24 hours of service completion.
The Company will be given the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue before any refund, discount, or third-party cleaning service is considered.
